PAYMENT: Upon contacting you and making a final
product selection a written estimate for the product will be provided.
At that time payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, cash, check or
money order. Terms are available for corporate accounts with a completed
credit application, though large orders may require a deposit.
IN A RUSH?: Most promotional products have a
production time of 2-3 weeks (not counting shipping), though some are
available sooner at no additional charge through our preferred manufacturers.
Custom items may require an extended production time.
If you really need an item quickly, a rush service is
available in most cases at an additional cost. This service can provide
you with your promotional product in 3-5 working days (plus overnight
shipping).
SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS: As a promotional
products distributor, we represent hundreds of manufacturers throughout
the USA where your order will be completed. Upon completion, your order
will be shipped directly to you via UPS or FEDEX. Standard shipping
may run 3-5 working days or a rush shipping can be requested for 1-2
working day delivery. The shipping charge on your estimate is just that,
an estimate. We try our best to provide you with the most accurate charge
possible prior to the actual shipping. Your shipping charge may be adjusted
if actual shipping charge is higher or lower than quoted.
CAN YOU SHIP USING OUR ACCOUNT
NUMBER? Yes. If you
prefer, provide us with your UPS or FEDEX number and the shipping
charges will be billed to your account and not included in your product
purchase charges.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS? Yes. Again, shipping
can be charged to your account or ours. The choice Is yours. There
is a slight additional handling charge for each location shipped.
